Este amplo centro cultural alberga a Biblioteca Municipal de Coimbra, o Centro de Arte Contemporânea, o Exploratório Infante D. Henrique e o Teatro Bonifrates. São organizados regularmente eventos literários, tais como tertúlias, palestras e lançamentos de livros, mas também exposições e espetáculos de artes performativas.

This large cultural centre houses the Coimbra Municipal Library, the Contemporary Art Centre, the Infante D. Henrique Exploratory and the Bonifrates Theatre. Literary events are regularly organized, such as gatherings, lectures and book launches, as well as exhibitions and performing arts shows.
