Velha-a-Branca é um estaleiro cultural inaugurado em outubro de 2004. Desde então, tem se transformado num dos pontos de referência cultural na cidade, organizando regularmente exposições, conferências, cursos livres nas mais diversas áreas, concertos e tertúlias. O edifício onde está sediado conta com uma sala de exposições, salas para workshops, uma cafetaria, um jardim e um miradouro no último patamar.

Velha-a-Branca is a cultural centre that opened in October 2004. Since then, it has become one of the city's cultural reference points, regularly organising exhibitions, conferences, free courses in a wide variety of areas, concerts and gatherings. The building where it is based has an exhibition room, workshop rooms, a cafeteria, a garden and a viewpoint on the top floor.
